Furthermore, our application supports the iCalendar standard (.ics, .ical), enabling users to subscribe to absence calendars through any compatible calendar service or app. When a user submits an absence request, the relevant days are automatically highlighted on the calendar, and notifications are sent to their managers. With the timeline feature, managers can efficiently determine whether a user’s time off can be accommodated. All parties involved receive notifications, and the approved time off is clearly indicated on the organization's calendar.
