...as I spin you a tale...

Imagine, if you will, a group of six adults and one lawyer around a table. Out of all the people around the table, five of them are happy because they are all setup for a large payday. The other two people are about to go into thirty years of debt, but are still happy. In fact, they spend an hour giggling, telling jokes and sharing stories.

Why are the two 'debtors' happy?
They now own a house :-)

  ohio has a law that states that they have 30 days to move out, so in like couple weeks (they promised to move out by the 17th).

Alas . . . I was to join you and the 100Ks of other people taking advantage of current low interest rates . . . but I just don't make enough money to support a house. Doh!

The payment hurts the first couple of months, but keep telling yourself, "Unlike rent, this money is being invested, not going into someone else's pocket." After a while, you don't even think about it.
