          Actually, it does- anybody of any color can homestead in the United States today, several localities actually encourage it with a variety of requirements:

            • No, it is your insistence on "liberty" that harms your neighbors that creates the breach of peace.

              As long as your liberty is limited by your neighbor's good, it's pretty easy to get along. But when you destroy families with divorce, when you kill the unborn, when you promote forms of sexuality that spread disease, when you seduce other people's children with sexual and financial abuse, you step over a line that should never be crossed.

              • You are so totally, completely backwards. Your perceived sexual "deviancies" are all a result of your violent prohibitions for social control and power. None of that would be happening if you would just learn to leave people alone.

                • Incorrect. All of the sexual revolution is abusive, and harms others. Quite often it harms people who aren't involved in the false consent to begin with, but the fact that the consent is built on lies and falsehood is enough to oppose it as being imperfect.

                  • You will have eternal warfare until you allow people to live their own lives as they see fit. If that is what you want, nothing can can done until somebody wins.

                    • Anarchism is something we will evolve into to become human (humane). Besides, we are living in anarchy now, of the powerful authoritarians that suffers no consequence for their atrocities, murder, and mayhem. Up at their level it is pure anarchy.                       Anarchy can't be humane, because it is the mere fulfillment of animal instinct without thought. Anarchy gives up the very thing that makes us human- the ability to reason.

                      You looking at things from an animalistic point of view. Try taking a human's viewpoint. You can put down the whips and chains, I mean, unless you're into that kinda thing :-)

                    • Disruption of tradition always causes harm, because tradition is evolutionary.

                      But beyond that, we know how to make well adjusted children, and aberosexuality fails miserably at it.

                      As does an over emphasis on economics over people, this isn't one-sided. Fiscal liberals and sexual liberals engage in activities that harm their families and neighborhoods.

                    • Some "traditions" are totally evil, as is placing economics or any other system, even religious ones, ahead of people. I'm not arguing that. To call it "liberal" is absurd. Liberals never impose anything as the people you describe do. Your perspective is skewed by personal bias and misguidance. Conformity is your motto?

                    • The destruction of tradition is the problem. Traditions exist because they are necessary wisdom for survival. Breaking traditions, calling traditions evil without ever examining why the tradition exists, is what liberals do- imposing their own vision upon others, since no man is an island.

                      I once thought that a lack of conformity could bring freedom, all it bought me was stupidity.

                      Tradition, because it evolves over many lifetimes, will always be more wise than what can be created in a single lifetime.

                    • Not all traditions are "good". We are allowed to pick and choose which ones to keep. To impose them against our will can only bring war.

                    • And yet, the time when Europe actually followed the rules and put tradition first, are known as the Dark Ages precisely because of the LACK of war (or anything else notable worth writing down).

                    • Yeah, it's weird how little push back there appears to have been. Religion was extremely powerful. Their oppression is still war, just not between states. And as you can see, it's not sustainable, because finally, people do push back.

                    • Lasted for a lot longer than you hippies have been around. Heck, lasted a lot longer than the United States was around.

                    • Hopefully it will only happen once, hopefully we are evolving out of that thinking.
