Ahhh, the dittoheads got here quick. And, as usual, you've missed the point:
As a key reason, Powell said: "I would have difficulty with two more conservative appointments to the Supreme Court, but that's what we'd be looking at in a McCain administration."
So, nice frame and all, but you're way off base and asking the wrong questions. As usual.
Powell hasn't endorsed any far left liberals that I am aware of, even if we drop the "inexperienced" bit.
If you actually bother reading Obama's policies, and comparing them to the current world views on pertinent issues, you'll find that Obama is really a centrist.
Obama is more conservative than Nixon. You've been brainwashed by living in America, thinking that there is an altenative to corporate triumphal pirate government in your country.
The 'liberal' record is a carefully calculated and strategically executed ploy. There is now a record of deliberately cosmetic or ineffectual legislation, creating the appearance of an advocate for the public interest.
It's a brand-building campaign, in the good-cop side of the good-cop/bad-cop routine used in the American politica
If you actually read the source you provided, it is NPR reporting on what was said by the "National Journal". The National Journal is very, very, far from being a nonpartisan news source - partially. evidenced by their using tags like "most liberal".
So if you drop the racist portion of your comment, as well as your ignorant assesment of Obama's experience, you have an accurate statement of
Powell has endorsed zero far-left liberals
You can try to make it a race issue as much as you want, but you won't be accurate in doing so.
If Obama has the most 'liberal' record in the Senate, it is only because the spectrum begins at corporatist-center, and moves 'right' from there towards unfettered oligarchal patronage.
Who said anything about Powell, I'm talking about a Nubian sister voting for half a brother.
