Congratulations, Boston!

  • Cleveland sucks - glad to see them continue their 50+ year tradition of being colossal choke artists.

    I'm not a Red Sox fan, but I hate the Indians.

    Sox / Rocks Series is going to be a good one - I think it'll go all 7 games.
    • I'm not sure about seven games. Eight days is a long rest. Boston will have three days. It will be interesting to see if Colorado can sustain their momentum.
      • The long lay-off hurt the Tigers last year, but the Rockies also absolutely pasted the Red Sox in interleague play this past year (Which means nothing... Tigers swept the Cards 2 years in a row now...) and the Rockies have won 21 of their last 22 - which means they were Red Hot...

        Boston also has a history of blowing World Series games...

        I really, really want to say Boston in 6, but I just have a gut feeling it'll go 7 and that the Rockies just might pull off the upset...

      Presumably, the Yankees and Indians are at the bottom of that list.

      And Sox and Rocks sounds like a hazing ritual.
      • The only baseball team I'm truly passionate about is the Detroit Tigers.

        I have a generally positive opinion of the Cincinnati Reds, Chicago Cubs, and the Los Angeles Dodgers, and in general, wish them some success.

        I dislike the Chicago White Sox, and Kansas City Royals (due to them being Division Rivals of the Tigers.)

        I absolutely despise the Cleveland Indians, Minnesota Twins, Houston Astros, Texas Rangers, St. Louis Cardinals (who I hated before 2006, I might add), New York Mets, and of course, the
