Did you know that slashdot is automatically submitting journal entries to the firehose, even when you don't click on the checkbox? Saw this in the firehose right after I wrote a journal entry, which also appeared in the firehose. Oh well ... they won't dare put mine on the front page :-)

I always check the thing, but with a 400:1 spam ratio in the journal section, I doubt it would ever be seen.
