What has the 9th Circuit Court done to forward jurisprudence exactly?

I mean why?

A federal appeals court on Tuesday vacated the sentence of "millennium bomber" Ahmed Ressam, who was arrested near the U.S.-Canadian border and convicted of plotting to bomb Los Angeles International Airport at the turn of the millennium.

I am open to hearing the good they are doing.

  • Man, I was just going off on O'Reilly the other day for the way he was reporting on that molestation case up in Vermont. It sounds fucking terrible the way he paints it, but the minute you start digging deeper, it doesn't look so clear-cut.

    Which brings me to this: What are you pissed off about exactly? Was it that a bad man didn't get his punishment? I'm pretty sure your intellect runs a little broader than that.
