The rightwing mods are determined to knock down my karma. THey have been consistently modding me down lately.

and maybe even slashdot admins are modding me after my CONSUME postings...

I've noticed it too - not only among the other ppl on my friends list but specifically on meta-moderation. If you're eligible try and do it twice a day as they get a karma burn if M2'd "unfair".

Short of plotting retribution in kind, adding them as foes and modding them down in retibution - and thuns sinking to their low level - I'm not sure how best to deal with this.

How do you know they are right-wingers? Is the post obviously left? Maybe the posts just don't make sense. Unlikely fpr a liberal though. :D

I mainly mod down posts that are illogical, which oddly enough often matches conservative posts. I sometimes also mods ones that masquerade opinions as facts.

What kind of moddings were they? Flamebait or troll? Overrated? Modbomb? Well that last one is fake but usually easily determined.
I only had a one modbomb one.

P.S. What is your karma? I find I get more mod point

It's really funny: all you have to do is post something that lambasts the rightwing fucktards among us, and does so in no uncertain terms, and bingo - the freaks come out with torches.

I am convinced there is a bunch of them modding people (including me) down for ideological reasons, and not having anything to do with obvious facts ofa situation (such as that having to do wit Evolution, energy consumption, the lovely fascists ovre at 100 PA NW DC, etc.)

Sad really.
