Okay, so yours is not necessarily the wikipedia definition, rather just basically the taking away of someone's freedom for some greater interest.

So then are speed limits, for example, fascist?
No. They do not take away any sovereign or inherent rights, and they are agreed to (essentially) democratically, and do not violate any laws. The UN rep here wants to take away our sovereign rights, do so without respect to democracy, and against both the laws of our country and the charter of the UN.
