For most jobs 4 years is to long much less 6 or more. Even more so for most IT jobs you can learn a lot more on your or even in a 2 year tech school.

lot's of college is tech the test. In asia it's real bad.

Now what does knowing the test but not the skills needed to do the real work it's based on.

Or better yet why should I learn the tricks of the test over say real skills or a test based on real work.

It's like some of the MS tests where you can pass and have no clue on how to do the work.
