by all reports that is what happened. Mt god had a fatal flaw in their version of the bit coin processing software. A flaw which could be used to duplicate and then steal bit coins.

The fact is mt gox just shut down with over seven hundred thousand bit coins that may or may not ever be able to be retrieved.

that is literally being a penny pincher but blowing ten thousand on hookers, and crack.

it doesn't make sense. if Facebook fell for it then they really are on the way out the door.

450 million users, however 400 million plus probably are already active on Facebook.

Facebook spent $16 billion on software, and 50 million users.

This is has happened recently.

Microsoft hasn't changed, they just get caught less, and have currently have incompetent(ballmer) Leadership.

Until Microsoft stops trying to kill everything that's not microsoft and actually adopt open standards they will be horrible. Apple is just as bad but apple has to use more open standards in order to compete.

It gets better when you realize that the rest of the right wing mean by smaller government is one run exclusively by them.

Look at it this way the republican who wrote the patriot act is pissed that a democrat is abusing his law in such a way. his answer. it isn't smaller government but to pay a dedicated top secret clearance law firm tens of millions of dollars annually to justify the poorly written law.

If republicans really wanted smaller government then they should be trying to get things like the patriot act NSA spying programs not only under control but shut down to save on government spending. but not one republican will actually push for that.

I call you long distance I pay the charges and depending on your phone company you also pay the charges.

We both are paying for the content and you get to pay twice.

depending on the provider you don't get a new ip address when do those things either. from my limited experiments with Comcast and Time Warner they give the same IP address to the same Mac address every time.

I replaced a router on both and got new ip addresses. however when i cloned the mac address from the old routers to the new I got the old ip addresses.

Now this is really limited. 4 routers on two service providers. so take it with a grain of salt and a shot of tequila .

hell take an xbox one, and a 60" led flat screen, back to 1995.

they would declare it VR, Just the resolution alone would astound us back then. forget about motion tracking and voice controls, it would be star trek.

in 1998 I donned a VR headset of the time and walked on a tread mill. it was fun though a bit disorienting since the screens weren't lined up for my prescription properly.
