Comment Re:Unlimited data plans will go bye-bye (Score 2) 272

My max speed at home is 75Mbps (9.375MBps) and averages around 50Mbps. So apparently if I max my connection out, I can download 100TB of data from my phone per month? I wonder how pissed my provider would be if I did that. Yes, I have an unlimited 4G LTE plan that I've hit 80GB in a month without a slow down.

I don't get why people just don't get on the Unlimited T-Mobile plans. I'm paying $70/month for Unlimited everything with 10GB tethering data (which I use every now and then, roughly 6-7GB/month). The other unlimited data plans are cheaper without the tethering data. I do get calls when I start hitting the 80GB/month transfer though. I use my cell to torrent stuff so I can game without lag. Thank god for 75Mbps downstream from my phone in my house.

Quick - define "hate speech" in a completely objective way.

Hate speech is speech that attacks a person or group on the basis of attributes such as gender, ethnic origin, religion, race, disability, or sexual orientation.

Just because hate is a subjective emotion doesn't mean that you can't have a legal definition of something.

And no one buys new PCs or PC parts to play old games.

Not exactly an apt analogy. Take a look at the console release schedule, and how some games that released during the 360/PS3 generation (SC2, CS:GO, LoL, DotA 2) are still being played today. These same people are also playing games that are graphical powerhouses. So I fail to see what the point is with your comment.

I love it when ACs fight. On another note, someone who red-pills would most likely not be a limp-wristed faggot, as you put it. I also doubt they would be into Anime. It would be some alpha-douche-bro that would be red-pilling. The person you described are actually SJWs/White Knights. Get your slurs right AC.

As someone who has worked in a hospital (Win XP to Win 7 Migration... dear god the special software never wanted to work on Win7, and half of the shit was still 16 bit), I would like to counter that. Everyone in the hospital I was in was vaccinated for the flu. Well, not EVERYONE, but majority. If you did not get vaccinated, you had to wear a mask and gloves at all times. Those that were vaccinated had a tag attached to their badge so you knew.

Also, my mom (BSN) is head of Infection Control for a rather large medical center out here. Majority of the nurses get the flu shot there as well. She has to do all the paperwork and processing for those that dont and make sure that they are wearing at least a mask.

She even doubts the effectiveness of them (due to the flu being something that mutates rapidly), but she does get them.

That's... actually really weird. I know that for awhile I had to use old patches for GTA4 for some of the mods to work, and I had to disable auto updating. Worked for me around a year ago.

The funny part is that someone here apparently believed Microsoft would keep an online DRM system running, after the Doesn'tPlayForSure debacle.

This is exactly why I get shivers down my spine when I hear Microsoft wanting to care more about the PC gaming market.

You, sir, are on crack. Try getting ahold of Steam support. While you wait your 24-72 hours for help, you could have easily gotten ahold of Origin support (usually takes me less than 5 minutes to get ahold of someone through live chat), and been playing your game for 1-3 days. And Origin has had the refund policy for awhile now. Steam, while the more mature and much better platform over all, hasn't even caught up to EA in terms of customer service.

Now I need to shower after writing that last sentence.
