This doesn't seem to qualify as 'properly', eh?

I started a page for a new project in December, and the auto-verify 'feature' gave me the 'approved' message, telling me it'd be 1-2 weeks before it gets finalized, and here we are near the end of January, and it's still not happened. The previous page i set up (maybe 2yrs ago) whipped through this process..so sucks in some ways being 'new' there. I also get the feeling the hashtags aren't used much. And my own experience is people, businesses and non-profits push content, but few actually will read it. (I see this in my stream, very few +1's and commentary.) So yes, lot of entities might be talking, but not to each other. I've been trying to interact with my new project, and while getting good success elsewhere, my G+ page hasn't grown. Really starting to feel like it's a waste of time (especially as someone else pointed out, Google has a habit of dropping things they get bored with...and their lack of function and development give me this impression with G+.)

Just think about it: already the majority of land used by humans is dedicated to livestock, and is a leading cause of deforestation. You'd have to cut down even MORE forests to make room for what he's talking about. It's an utterly ridiculous concept, and if he had his way could be arguably as bad as his slaughter of elephants. This guy is a quack of the highest possible degree.

I'm with ya up until apologizing to NK.. Their leader is a really awful person, and even this isn't worthy of an apology for the most part - this is a drop in the bucket compared to how he runs his country and treats North Koreans. I agree there ought to be an apology tho: to the rest of the world for whipping this into such a ridiculous frenzy.

Riiiiiight.... This really illustrates the double standard and opposition to freedom of expression by Chinese leaders. Hollywood has had the US president appear as all sorts of unsavoury characters, from an utter buffoon to corrupt in numerous films and tv series. (As well as other Western allies, like the UK Prime Minister.) You don't see China complaining about that... It's not 'senseless cultural ignorance', it's just the sense of humour from a few writers. Maybe Chinese leaders should investigate their own senseless cultural ignorance too. Their wilful, state-enforced ignorance is just about as senseless as these films.

FYI, if an oil is certified organic, hexane won't have been used, nor any other chemical. It will be, as you described, oils from plants that are crushed and/or ground. This includes soy, canola, and other oils that one might normally want to avoid.

Please correct me if i'm wrong, but isn't this an increase in the surface area of the solar cell..? Sure, some kind of pitting is going to be more effective at capturing rays (as one reader pointed out, sizing it for the red light of the sun) than a totally flat surface, assuming surface space is a factor in solar collection.. I imagine those minuscule pits would actually greatly increase the surface area of a disc.

Besides human health, why might we want to consider eliminating superfluous eggs from mayo and other foods? How much land is consumed by livestock in the US and globally? To satisfy the 'back yard' and 'free range' crowd, how much MORE space would be needed in order to supply the world's demand for eggs in these flavours? What sort of demand on resources do eggs and animal products consume, especially in comparison to plant foods? What is their estimated contribution to climate change? Can you compare the resource consumption of a jar of Just Mayo and Hellmann's Mayonnaise? (How much energy consumed, space usage, emissions, etc..) Same with your egg replacement, and equivalent amount of eggs?
