OK so the Falcon 9 that has launched. Falcon 9 Leo payload 13,150 kg. ISRO LEO payload 1,440 kg. Ratio 9 to 1. So four Falcon 9's equals ISRO program.

India has had a ballistic missile program, which had help from the US, since the mid sixties. While not as advanced as the Apollo program they did not start from square one.

With the overall mass of five satellites being about 1,440 kg, this launch becomes the "heaviest commercial mission" ever undertaken by ISRO

Falcon heavy payload to LEO is 53,000 kg. So one Falcon Heavy can send more mass than 36 ISRO rockets. To put it another way, one Falcon Heavy has launched more mass that all launched ISRO rockets.

Seattle Police Department records show that "bias crimes" against lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people in the first half of 2014 had already outnumbered those for the whole of 2013.

This statement is meaningless as it gives no contect.

In the first half of 2014, the Seattle Police Department reported 21 crimes such as assault or vandalism against LGBT people, compared with 19 for all of 2013.

This statement is more helpful as it points out that there were and extremely low number of incidents in 2013. Doubling a very low number is not difficult. Another thing I just noticed is that these crimes may have nothing to do with hate against LGBT. Just because the victim is LGBT does not mean it is a hate crime.

Does "religious intolerance" include anything promoting religion?

Short answer, no. Longer answer. Promoting does nothing against other religions while intolerance does. Inviting people to service to hear a sermon is promoting. Not allowing a mosque to be built because you don't like the religion is intolerance. Sorry but promoting a religion is not an insult.

Or does this protection only apply to people who believe in deities?

I doubt it. I bet religions like Buddhism, Taoism, Shintoism would qualify.

In the twelve years of its existence over 200.000 persons from all over Europe were imprisoned here and in the numerous subsidary camps. 41.500 were murdered

Sachsenhausen

Some 30,000 inmates died there from exhaustion, disease, malnutrition, pneumonia, etc. due to the poor living conditions.

There seems to have been a lot of death in both those camps.

It doesn't matter what they agree with, I know two women who have been raped by licensed taxi drivers, taxi licenses don't prevent crime, stop repeating that idiocy.

Nothing is perfect. It is a good thing to prevent people who have demonstrated the propensity to harm other to be in charge of vulnerable people. If you are in the back of a moving taxi you are vulnerable.

No, no it isn't. Put a date and a number of miles on the sticker.

How will you see the mileage on the vehicle from outside the vehicle? Anyone standing outside a vehicle can see the date the vehicle was inspected and figure out if it is out of date. Checking mileage requirs seeing the odometer. That is much more difficult from outside the car.

The amazingly shitty experiences I've had in amazingly shitty taxis disagree

Again, nothing is perfect.

The difference between libel and slander is that libel is written and slander is spoken. The legal burden is the same for both. In this case all the plaintiff alleges that none of the transaction actually occurred. The defendant(s) have to show that they did have the transaction with the plaintiff and show evidence that the rest of the factual representations in the reviews are also true and the judgement will go against the plaintiff.

It does make review site look kinda dangerous and in the end does stifle speech.

Libellous speech needs to be stifled. How else does a company fight against people who try to ruin their business through posting on review sites?

Why risk getting a civil suite filed against you just for a review you didn't get payed for

Tell the truth and if it goes to court win and counter sue for costs.
