One of my favorite tropes is to bait them with hard facts as to the prior mortality of the vax of the day.
I actually had one come back with "Herd immunity protects my kids, so I shouldn't have to vax". I pointed out that all it takes is 5% of the people feeling the same way to destroy herd immunity... I was unloaded on about it.
