Ditto. I don't mind listening to new music online, but I prefer listening to my own collection of favorite (song/tune)s.

This is why I never get the (new/lat)est stuff anymore. Costly, buggy, etc. Look, I use Debian stable, Windows XP Pro SP3, old stuff, etc. because they work for me what I need to do.
It pisses me off that Apple doesn't let us downgrade/restore old versions.
/. is slow and old news compared to others like Reddit these days. Remember when Reddit, Digg, etc. didn't exist and
I wanted to try it at E3 last year (even met Dave Braben in person too
Can any apps do that for me?
Well, 3.5" disk(ette)s on very old IBM test PCs to boot off to use Ghost.
For me, I was born in USA from my Chinese parents. All the older generation people are legal immigrANTs, so they speak Chinese natively. However, I can't even communicate English very well due to my disabilities. I even struggled with Spanish since I live in a Latino area for a secondary language requirements.
But they're boring. No explosions, action scenes, etc. [grin]
Tell my parents.
So, what are good web sites that are not like Dice.com these days then? I used to use it back in early 2000s.
If they want to invade us during non-business hours, then they should still pay us too. If not, then stop it.
Its what?
I need to stop using my old dying 19" 5:4 1280x1024 Samsung SyncMaster monitor (turning on sometimes shows power light and picture blinking on and off in the cold room), so it is time for me to find and buy a new bigger and better monitor. Here is what I am looking for:
-Less than 25" horizontal width (screen + borders)
-Less than 22" vertical height (screen + borders + stand)
-Need to be able easily (I'm a weak guy) to rotate/move monitor due to the annoying sun shining on to it since window blinds don't help. Glossy screens might be problematic?
-Limited desk space due to bookshelves and stuff.
-Adjustable height and tiltable.
-Still need VGA (still use it 99% of the times with my Beklin KVM from Y2K) and DVI ports for very old computer setups (Linux, Windows, and Mac). Still using old ATI Radeon 4870 and GeForce 8800 GT video cards (512 MB of VRAM).
-8-bit colors (16.7 million colors).
-High resolution (more than my old monitor's 1280x1024!).
-Extra features not needed unless they are included for free: touch screen, built in speakers, 4K, screen rotation, etc.
-Do a lot of Internet, watching videos [16:9 (1920x1080) aspect ratio], some gaming (action/FPS too so fast speeds are required; less than 5? ms response times?; no IPS panels), basic graphic work, etc.
-less than $200 including taxes, etc.
I want to see the new monitor in person with local retail stores like Costco, Best Buy, Fry's Electronics, etc. before buying to be sure I like it.
So far, these interest me:
