Even better and safer solution: a NTP server that updates the clock using GPS. No internet access OR manual override needed.

I used to work for an OEM about a decade ago but I still could basically reproduce the manufacturing process thanks to the fact that us in IT had to document and certify every step.

Linus' posts are pretty much the only thing I read from Google+. A lot of my geekier friends do have G+ accounts but nobody ever posts anything.
