Yes, FLAC sounds better. But frankly, under 90% of my listening conditions I cannot tell the difference between FLAC and an mp3 ripped at 320. If I am listening on my "main kit" (audiophile gear costing thousands) I can hear the difference. But I don't usually listen to that kit. I'm usually listening to extremely good, but much smaller and less broadly ranged speakers ( (Genelec 5 inch) hooked up to my laptop and playing at fairly low volume. I've tested it, blind folded with a friend at the helm. The differences are impossible to tell. So, as a consequence, I ripped everything as FLAC to a drive for my audiophile kit, but I have more music on my mp3 drive, and it gets a lot more use.

Because we all know that the one single purpose of an education is to train you for a job in the capitalist hell of the labour market. Critical thinking, political activism, creativity, and cultural development and experimentation are all excluded in the Educate Me For A Job model. You are wrong. People reproducing in places like Africa and South Asia use a tiny fraction of the resources a Westerner uses. In terms of the ecology, one American family consumes as many resources and energy as a village in east Africa. So, as far as the biosphere is concerned, the millions of poor africans and asians are one thing, but they're not nearly as much of a problem as Americans and Europeans.

Actually, if it is forced it is "Right Wing" Communism (viz. Lenin / Stalin / Mao / PolPot etc.) If it is voluntary, it is "Left Wing" Communism. That only exists in societies where the means of production require it (viz. Hunter/gatherer situations, or primitive horticultural societies). Socialism is the step in between capitalism and communism, so it shares features of both, depending on the actors (right wing v. left wing) and the local conditions. So if you have some backwater hellhole (say Russia ca. 1916) and combine it with right wing Communist agitators, you end up with state based capitalism (viz post-Stalin Russia) posing as "Socialism". The difference between right wing and left wing is not "fascist v. commie" it is "violence v. consensus".
