The very similar software 'Spector Pro' does the same thing, but is strongly marketed for "monitoring your children" even though the product is used 99% by suspicious spouses and control-freak bosses. (remote convert install means it sends an email with a fake attachment "hey look at this picture of the kids playing soccer" which was actually the installation EXE or a trojan that installed itself via an exploit.)
