Google translate says that it means the following in english:
Freedom has to do with Germany, of course,
what to if one contributes what economically.
Some must remain unfree. No one is immune,
if he missed the train, which freiträgt him then.
If he does not see the train and everything must be complicated,
well, then there will be rules that he must respect that.
Then he, his employer may say:
My freedom must not be still long your freedom.
My freedom: Yes! Your Freedom: No!
My freedom is guaranteed by the Constitution,
thy has not so far interested.
My freedom means that I can do business.
And your freedom is, when you get me a job.
And since you have to buy my goods, I introduce yourself to me.
Thus your freedom does not incur costs.
And it remains true that my freedom is my freedom again.
Your freedom is in my incorporated.
And if I have not got my freedom, you do not have your freedom.
And my freedom becomes your duty.
And that's why I tell you: Defenses have my freedom with a gun in his hand
and with the weapon in the hands of your children!
Thus, none of your children at work ever forget what freedom is.
My freedom is always your top priority.
My freedom remains faithful unto death.
If you perhaps not logically occur, think of a merely:
Without my freedom you are unemployed.
Yes, freedom is something other than licentiousness.
Freedom also means hard work, masculinity, and sweat.
I'll tell you what I as a liberal nowadays sensitive:
The things to be as they are.
Drum is more important in any case my freedom when your freedom.
My freedom: Yes! Your Freedom: No!
My freedom is already a few hundred years old.
Your freedom may come soon.
But for the moment nothing is out of your Freiheitsambition,
you have no power and no organization.
I'd be stupid if I am on my freedom for your sake disclaimer,
drum I'll keep my freedom. You do not get your freedom. Not yet!

The thing that really hit me negatively, was how so many people he appointed, were busted for this crime and that crime. And how he chose to appoint the next guy, and that guy *also* got busted for some shit. I really wonder if this happened, because Obama, in the attempt to keep his promises, ignored the lobbies and appointed who he really thought was the best one, and those lobbies then went to find something to get that guy killed... or if Obama did actually deliberately choose bad people? (Or both? Or none of both?)

or (just my theory) it was politics as usual and he repaid (or is repaying) the favors he owes from the campaign (I find it hard to believe that one could go from Jr. Senator to POTUS in one campaign season without owing quite a few people favors). I would not be surprised to find that some of his cabinet picks were due in part to that (Tom Daschle for example), but I hope that he looked for qualified people first and then looked to see who he owed the most favors

I think I will only judge him, *after* his actions. And I will not judge him relative to Bush, but relative to my values.

As it should be.

As I said, Obama provided a Certification of Live Birth, NOT a Certificate of Live Birth, the difference is that the Certificate of Live Birth "is a more complete record of your birth than the Certification of Live Birth (a computer-generated printout). Submitting the original Certificate of Live Birth will save you time and money since the computer-generated Certification requires additional verification by DHHL" (Source), if the state of HI requests an original Certificate of Live Birth, why shouldn't we be allowed to see it? as I said earlier, it wouldn't take very long and it would be much easier than all these lawsuits.

How many presidents are asked to provide a birth certificate for the public?

This is not a political issue, it's pointless stirring.

How many have been asked to provide it? as the GP said, if he were to provide it (which would probably take all of 15 minutes) it would shut up all those who are currently asking and it would be cheaper than fighting the 10 or so lawsuits that have been started, most (all?) of whom have said that if they can see the Birth Certificate (as opposed to the Certification of Live Birth) they will drop their lawsuits, see here for a details of the differences.

According to the Department of Hawaiian Homelands:

In order to process your application (to verify that you are a genuine native Hawaiian), DHHL utilizes information that is found only on the original Certificate of Live Birth, which is either black or green. This is a more complete record of your birth than the Certification of Live Birth (a computer-generated printout). Submitting the original Certificate of Live Birth will save you time and money since the computer-generated Certification requires additional verification by DHHL.

Though I've got no actual hard evidence to back it up, I seriously believe there's some sort of ultra-cheap DRM built into the chargers and phones to prevent you from buying reasonably priced travel/home replacement chargers.

It APPEARS that the difference is that some USB chargers put out 5.2 volts instead of 5. The phone likes 5.2V. It doesn't appear to like the 5V, but I think it is charging ok anyway. I've never run it down far enough to know for sure, so I can't swear that it does.

Everything else I charge on both warts charges ok, so I just swap the two if the green light on the phone doesn't come on.

The "Cheap DRM" is almost correct, the issue is that the "OEM Motorola" chargers have a resistor between pins 2 and 3 (center pins) of the mini USB plug, no USB communication (from a computer), or resistor and the phone wont charge.

Submission + - SPAM: FAA mandates major aircraft "Black Box" up

coondoggie writes: "The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) today mandated significant upgrades to aircraft cockpit voice and flight data recorders in an effort to help investigators retrieve more and better data from airplane accidents and mishaps. Today's mandate means manufacturers such as Honeywell and L-3 Communications as well as operators of airplanes and helicopters with 10 or more seats, must employ voice recorders, also known as black boxes, that capture the last two hours of cockpit audio instead of the current 15 to 30 minutes. The new rules also require an independent backup power source for the voice recorders to allow continued recording for nine to 11 minutes if all aircraft power sources are lost or interrupted. Voice recorders also must use solid state technology instead of magnetic tape, which is vulnerable to damage and loss of reliability, the FAA said. [spam URL stripped]"

Submission + - US Military Secrets Emailed to Factory Hand

The Narrative Fallacy writes: "Factory worker Gary Sinnott had no idea when he set up his website to promote the town of Mildenhall in England that he would end up getting classified e-mails from the United States Air Force. The website has been sent hundreds of emails outlining highly classified information, including emails about military tactics and passwords intended for personnel at the neighboring US airbase. What began as a slow trickle of mundane messages soon escalated and hundreds of classified emails were sent from around the world after people mistook www.mildenhall.com for the military website www.mildenhall.af.mil. Sinnott said that when he initially reported the problem airbase officials did not appear phased. "At first their attitude was we are not worried, we are American, our security is great" but that after he informed the base that he had received information detailing the flight path to be used by the plane carrying President Bush on a visit to the region, officials went 'mental'. Now after years of trying to resolve the issue, Sinnott has been forced to close down his website because he is unable to cope with the sheer number of emails arriving in his inbox every day. A statement released by RAF Mildenhall confirmed that officials had tried to help Sinnott: "In November, we confirmed that our base servers blocked any emails going to this site and we sent out a base-wide email advising everyone to use appropriate government email domains and inform family and friends.""
