No, he should be treated innocent UNTIL proven guilty in a court. That mean bail unless he is a flight risk or danger to the public at large. Also it does not mean freezing his bank accounts.

You sat by for 8 years of Bush shredding our Constitution, spying on us, waging illegal wars, and massively consolidating power. And with your precious 2nd amendment making sure you had guns "just in case" the government ever went power crazy you did what? Right, nothing. The time to act if you were going to do something because you were afraid of the government has long past. If the government ever does plan on coming for your guns, which btw nobody is proposing, that will be step 100 out of 100 with steps 99 out of 100 haven already taken place. In other words, too little too late, the 2nd amendment won't protect you now.

So if your kids want to use Word to make a Lemonade Stand sign so they can sell Lemonade for .05 a cup on the front lawn? Ilegal!

Even worse your kids want to help out with Hurricane Sandy relief by making signs and posting them around the neighborhood telling people how they can help their local non-profit? Illegal!

Or I guess you can't even print up an Ad that you plan on hanging in the local supermarket saying you have a couch for sale?

Btw you wanna bet MS themselves hosts templates designed specifically for these activities?

It's time we hold these companies accountable for the crap they shove in the TOS. What Microsoft is doing is BS and they need to be called on it. Feel free to email Microsoft and tell them that you wanted to buy Office 2013 but because their TOS make both you and your children criminals, you went with Openoffice etc instead.

Obama may be no Bill Clinton, but with a less Obstructionist opposition he could have done a lot of good the last four years. How do you deal with a party that says we will not negotiate on anything and will go to the wall on every issue regardless of the consequences?

What's insanely scary is the leadership of the Right has just said this morning that they have no intention of trying to compromise AT ALL PERIOD for the next four year. They said it is 100% on Obama to come to them. What the fuck McConnell?

Remember, someone else will gladly take your place.

Does it look like Apple needs money? Apple doesn't need Adobe, Microsoft, or anyone anymore. They are like a giant self sustaining black hole that refuses to burst. And yet I do like my old Macbook and will probably purchase an Air to replace it at some point. Freaking Hypocrite. Sigh.

They still haven't released Safari 6 for Snow Leopard or released Safari 5.1.8 etc to address the 121 fixes that Safari 6 brought to Lion. That's a huge problem. I'm very happy they fixed Java but why did they bother when Safari 5 is loaded with so many other flaws they won't bother fixing?
