If you did it twice a day, to and from work, that would be 30 minutes of exercise. Depending on the traffic, it could take very little additional time for your commute.

We know however, based on this quote and other similar ones, that it was intentional, and perfectly in line with the purpose of the ACA.

Currently Indigogo says that 2,575 people have contributed $1,175,564 ($457 per person).

But if you add up the people and amounts for the various perks, you get 330 people contributing $73,874 (223 per person).
