Pretty much.
CD-Roms first became popular when 80 meg hard drives were considered large.
Now, you can buy few terabytes of space for $100--$200. Parceling out your data in 25 GB chunks, at a dollar a disk doesn't seem all that thrifty, unless you distribute large amounts of data to people who don't have high speed connections.

I know, it's slightly cheaper as a backup option-- if your time isn't worth much.

The aeropress is much easier to clean up than a french cup.-- unscrew the filter cap and press the "puck" of compressed grounds into the garbage.
Disadvantage: I use the inverted method, as the water tends to go right through the grounds and filter otherwise. Tip: When using the inverted method, pour the water through the funnel, as it keeps the grounds from floating into the filter cap thread.

I'm not sure that's linguistically appropriate. As a member of the wheel group, you have the authority to demand things of the operating system, but the use of "please", "thank you","you're welcome" serve as reminders of equality. "Please Pass the salt" is a request among equals, that can theoretically be refused, but "Pass the Salt", shorn of its politeness, serves as a command, and an implied threat.
A better model might be Intercal's use of the PLEASE keyword. While necessary, it loses its usefulness if it is overused. Correct programs adhere to formal rules, without being too obsequious.

I have many remotes in my house, including a Harmony. The best remote, hands down, is my ipad remote program, that hooks into my AppleTV. Why?

Three reasons: it uses a network connection instead of line of sight IR. It has a two way connection. And it has a keyboard.

I just wish it could control more things-- such as volume and mute.
