US Government DoD has a NEW "Back-Door-Draft" it is called the NSPS http://www.cpms.osd.mil/nsps (http://www.cpms.osd.mil/nsps). Anyone working for DoD as a Civil Servant can be required to deploy to war-zones like Iraq, Afghanistan, .... This is just part of the new "Kinder & Gentler" Christian USA. I have volunteer in the past to travel to war-zones as a US Government Civil Servant, but forcing others by regulations seems to be the last resort of BS-patriots. Either it is voluntary deployments to war-zones or it is congressional conscription ... there ain't no middle fucking ground ... for US.

There are many other laughable dark-humor policies contained in the new regulations camouflaged as needed improvements for a more professional government/DoD workforce. Reality is (I suspect) that hierarchical management will be better able to micromanage their failures by distributing the blame via a privileged management class that support the boss and screws the worker-bees and pack-mules that do the work.

As in many corporations and parts of government, the royal/industrial age management concepts thrives for two-thirds of bosses/managers that promote a fuck-up-move-up, give-head-to-get-ahead, ... culture of right and wrong in the workplace which cause the catastrophic failures of the past and present. Could the General Public License (GPL) be a responsible and logical model for global capitalist economy and democracy?

Patent rights, Copyrights, ... all Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) under OSS/FS GPL model/law for future science, art, technology, and economic advancements.

Current Patent rights, Copyrights, ... all Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) law is based on a pre-technology Industrial Age legacy economy. Failure will continue to accelerate as present IPR legacy based laws are patched with ill-conceived notions of cultural dynamics and economics. The result is to make criminals out of honest citizens and dangerous weapons out of science and/or technology. The reality is that citizens are not criminal, and technology or science is never a dangerous weapon. IPR legacy policy/laws as international treaty agreements could cause the oppression of democracy and capitalism.

OSS/FS GPL does not mean free. Various GPL definitions exist that protect personal/private economic value of IPR without restricting the free flow of ideas, technology, science, content, music, .... A GPL for IPR could be developed that would freely allow sharing without profit, but civil law (not criminal law) could require profit distribution agreements (when money is made) be signed in advance of a capitalist venture. Civil law would allow for reconciliation and restitution when value (monetary profit obtained) is stolen from the property owner. No citizen crime for having a copy of a song, but civil courts could confiscate stolen monetary profit and return the property to the rightful owner (nothing new).

GPL for IPR would keep all IPR in the public-domain (but not owned by the public) open and available for innovation, research, learning/education, creativity.... If it then happens that with value-added and capitalist venture that profit can be generated for all owners in an agreement, well that is what capitalism and democracy are all about for US, EU, and others.

Could we create a 3D Ideal Party for the USA? Rescue US democracy from history

Is an "Ideal Party" in defense of the people and real pluralist democracy possible? Have we as a species advanced to this level of civilization?

If a sophisticated multi-cultural organization could be cultivated to defend the USA Constitution by direct nonviolent opposition (to the corporate democracy political parties, plutocratic supremacists, and religionist fascists that now rule the USA) could we win back for US all that has been lost to the domestic enemy of the USA Constitution (The Ideals, not the Stone Tablet laws)?

I think we could. So, for discussion starters:

What if we provided to the people after extensive research recommended "Ideal Nominees" for the democratic, republican, and independent candidates for all elections (the political parties could still make different selections)? How would we keep the "Ideal Party" from succumbing to the same sloth, corruption, fraud, and deceit that assail many of the people in the major political parties?

What would be our "Ideal Platform"? Would we demand the permanent disenfranchisement of all special interest, business, and religious access to elected officials at all levels of government? This would not prevent access to the people/voters not in elected offices.

Would we demand that federal senators and congress-members salaries and benefits be set by State legislatures, and even state and local elected officials salaries and benefits are set as part of an election by the people voting?

What should we (not) include?

How should we try to exert the force of the people into stabilizing a true pluralist democracy (remove the institutional/oligarchy external influences)?
