well, at a symmetrical degree angle from the contact point, initially. yet immediately the surface becomes less reflective as it is destroyed and sends the diffused laser in all directions. and as time increases, the reflecting 90% drops as the surface loses its reflective properties and gains absorptive properties. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reflection_(physics)

And it's not really the same at all, not even close, Fox News doesn't further the discourse in this country. Whereas people really do need to have broadband to properly participate in the nation.

You realize that you just implied that other people's basic rights should depend on whether you think they're contributing to 'good' discourse or not, right?

Isn't the whole point of free speech that everyone is allowed to contribute to the discourse?

in string theory for dummies it says that everything sucked into a black hole is broken into its most basic level--quarks and such--and stored in its singularity (the center most point of a black hole which stores all of the mass). a black hole is the ultimate trash compactor.
