I think he just doesn't believe a consensus of scientists is irrelevant. You should be looking at a consensus of science. What the science says it was is important. Not what "scientists" say. People stopped quoting the UN climate report when they realized it says things like there is no evidence supporting the belief that extreme weather events are caused by climate change. We still hear this claim called the view of "scientists", but the science does not support that.

So what is the disinformation? You can look this up yourself. It is in every version of the UN Climate report ever published.

They did not think this through. There are so many products this will outlaw. Is a gadget anything with a battery? So cheesy musical greeting cards cannot be sold in Washington? Apple will just stop selling phones and iPads at retail stores in Washington. If this would even actually effect them. It depends on the definition of Independent.

An iPad is a computer. I am at a loss to understand the outrage. Does it do everything everyone might want? No. Does any other computer do anything anyone might want? No.

It appears Spotify has not been able to put together a sustainable business model and they are unable to pay their suppliers. I am not really sure why there are people here that think it is ok for Spotify to sell a product they are not paying for. There are streaming services that have agreements for every track they stream. I don't know if they're profitable. It doesn't really matter to me as long as they are paying the artists. Sure in some cases there are other companies getting paid too, but that is only because artists entered into business deals with those other companies.
