I said Constitution, not the Bill of Rights. You failed high school civics, didn't you?

"Article I, Section 9, Clause 7: No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law; and a regular Statement and Account of the Receipts and Expenditures of all public Money shall be published from time to time."

We happen to have laws requiring subsidation of internet services. Thus congress has the authority for it. End of story. Go back to school. Quit voting Republican.

Oddly enough, no one ever talks about women going into men's restrooms. The same with lesbian sex. People such as those in Utah will whine about gay sex, but they will always men sex between two (or more) men. Never between women.

Double standard, one of the many.

With women...they can "experiment"...and come back to the home team.

But as a guy..you suck one dick........

How does gender dysphoria pose a threat to children or anyone really?

Because of all the creepy men who are just claiming to be trans, to gain access to dressing rooms, restrooms, showers...etc.

I'm not sure how you missed out on one of the stories (not the one from Alaska) of a supposed trans in a Planet Fitness dressing room...showering walking around fully erect and was asking a young, underage girl if she wanted to shower with him, etc.

I think they finally did get the cops to bust that guy....

But these poor women that don't want to be changing or showering in a room with a biological man, with his dick hanging out or even some stage of being erect....and yet when they complain of being uncomfortable, THEY are the ones that have memberships terminated, or other penalties.

I'm seriously trying to pinpoint in very recent history when common sense in the world (especially the US) left the room and the crazies took over....

Is there any other way to look at this law other than it's transphobic?

Well, yep.

I see this is less transphobic, and more pro-normal, pro-hetero

It isn't fair that the absolute, overwhelming majority of people that know what they are...have to cowtow to this barely statistically significant minority....especially women.

Why aren't you worried about womens' rights anymore?

And no...just "saying" you feel like a woman today does not make you one...we're talking biological women, the way we've done things since the dawn of time.

My experience back in Portland, the big employers (at the time) like Intel, Tek and Lockheed-Martin would list serious lowballs (like, make better money at Taco Bell) that they would never interview for, for months in the papers, then whine to immigration that they need H1Bs because nobody will do software QA or do deskside support or work in a cleanroom for a McWage.

And I don't really need anything external by the Apple Pencil

To run these apps...you do need some serious horsepower...but I can move data in/out from cloud...or just load it up on the iPad itself, since you can get with like 2 TB of storage....

I might bring my iPods Pro 2 with me for better sound, but that's it.

And this way, I can do some work or 'fun' work while out at the pool or beach or beach bar taking a break, etc.

I'm not sure what all squid array of things I need to attach to still do some serious work or play on a loaded up iPad Pro....?

Well....it can work well with the increased power...depending on what you are doing.

With the Apple Pencil...you can, while on the road, do some SERIOUS work on photos with the Affinity Suite of tools....and video? Well, run Davinci Resolve on this thing (or even FCPX)...but with Davinci...have you SEEN what they can do with not only video editing, but sound, VFX and of course...color correction/grading.

It does take that extra power to run these type of apps....and it's nice to be able to take your "work" with you to the poolside, or beach....or just the back yard when the weather is nice...piddle around with a video, tend the smoker or brew some beer....

Anyway...I find use out of them.

Changing my search engine (s) to DuckDuckGo.

From what I read...Apple isn't giving Google any info...this money seems to be paid just for Apple making Google the default search engine on apps like Safari....?

Where do you see they said they were selling Google info?
