We are too far from the central office for any kind of DSL from qwest. Can the wireless carriers be considered ISP's at this point? I do occasionally use the Mobile Hotspot option on my Palm Pre Plus, but would never consider it as a primary home connection.

I believe how you first think about the term "Heavens Gate" may have to do with how old you are. I instantly knew what the poster was talking about in reference to heavens gate being a bomb of a movie. Then again, I remember when the movie Heavens Gate was released, and then reading about what a bomb it was. For those younger than me, 43, the term has a different meaning.

As far as Palm goes, I've had to wait for Sprint exclusivity deals to end in order to get the Centro. Now I'm waiting for the Pre exclusivity on Sprint to end in order to get one from Verizon.
