Decades ago this was conceived and implemented to treat stutterers. With the correct feedback delay this would force anyone to stutter. I am not sure of the detailed procedure, but I recall being asked to read from fresh text while the audio delay to my headphones was adjusted. I was not a stutterer, but this thing made me stutter like a machine gun.
This may be a 'prior art' that could invalidate this patent.

Yes, the weevil problem, which is the lesser. Within the 5 gig limit, plenty to save, send and delete as the traffickers have learned to delete from clouds etc. There have been many lawsuits where porn was found on various storage methods, by carelessness as well as police action. I am sure this method will fail. A simple app to trim any photo by 0.1% will change the hash and it will not trigger anything. So it will ensnare few. Newly taken pix will not be listed, volume traffickers know what to do.

They could create a landing hook structure away from the one used for the launch. This would save the tower complex from possible destruction. True, it would have to be moved to a launch tower - one that has been saved from being ruined, I feel this later movement could easily be done by established moving equipment for this far lighter weight, it could deal with the saved segment and even lay it flat for refurbishment in a shed.

Apple has a valid case. Municipalities in many areas have created a form of fraud via appraisal that they use to milk companies this way because they have been milking the public via overpaid politicians, employees, pensions, benefits etc.

There is no need to display your licence number when on private property, so a dash activated hinged flap could be used to hide plate data. They could snap plate data on the way into the mall, but that could involve placing the camera on someone else's private property - who might decline permission.
That said, I do not mind plate scanners being use to find stolen cars or payment defaulted cars (3 months arrears minimum)

He may have been a chemical experimenter or making a meth lab?
Grignard chemistry https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/...,
or Schlosser's base https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/... and there are other reactions that use very reactive metals like potassium

Many of these reactions are strongly exothermic and any explosion IS an instantaneous exothermal process.

This guy may have been an experimenter beyond his reach and ability, or he may have been a trub bomb maker. I tend to believe the experimenter theory and there is not much need for volatile explosives.

A quick check for nitratiing materiel, Nitric Acid and Sulfuric acid would tell. TNT is tri[ly nitrated Toluene, and has intermediates that are volatile, but DNT is not very good as an explosive.
