I view ubiquitous EV chargers as a failure of the BEV, it means the BEV is so range limited that to be useful people need to recharge all the time. Success of the BEV would be charging stations put in place much like filling stations are now for ICEVs, not at restaurants and movie theaters.

This is a very strange point of view, the difference between gas stations and charging stations is you don't need a set of underground tanks and regulatory to support a charging station. They can be convenient for when you need them.

Also towns have gas stations all over the place and it isn't reflective of the range of ICEVs, its reflective of convenience.
