But "Spare my life" could be extremely usefull, as "Stop or I'll Shoot" apparently sounded a lot like "Walk up my driveway and let me kill you" to the Japanese foreign exchange student killed in Louisianna a decade or so back. Same with "Please don't rape me", given the amount of Japanese Schoolgirl Porn in abundance on the internet....
