I work with a number of people who do this, and they all think they are clever but everyone else who is trying to actually be productive can see whatâ(TM)s going on and generally have to pick up the slack. They are the ones that are going to give managers that donâ(TM)t like working from home an excuse to try and force us all back to the office.

The only reason they exist is to give tax breaks to the wealthy, and they can't do that if the government actually tries to govern, because that would mean they have to spend money somewhere. The "made women second class" is something they accidentally followed through on... and now wish they had not. Its one of their many divisive and basic impulse things they run on to try and keep themselves in power.

The gaming consoles are exactly that, they are generally for a specific purpose. They also have traditionally sold their hardware at a loss so more users could get the systems, meaning they were more likely to buy games. The licensing is how they made up the difference. Everything bought on those systems was a game, so there wasn't any one industry subsidizing another one. None of that is true for phones. Apple certainly isn't selling them at a loss. They are PC's, just in a different form factor. What is truly sickening is that Apple has always treated gaming like it was beneath them, but now they expect gaming to generate most of their money from this 30% commission. Looking at the landscape now, what seriously company would risk the kind of investment to create professional or complex apps for the iPad when Apple could just decide they don't like the app, or takes 30% of the sales of it right off the bat? The biggest criticism of the iPad is that its software is holding it back. This isn't a coincidence. We have a worse experience on these devices because of Apple's greed.
