I read that the Ukrainian cell networks were not targeted because the invading troops needed it for their own communication.
Several generals were taken out due to conversations on open cell communications.
This was true in the early weeks around Kiev, when the Russian soldiers packed dress uniforms and decade old food rations.

That not a real issue since there is a severe shortage of drivers.

And one proposed model is to have the autonomous trucks drive the really long stretches (the easier low hanging technology fruit) and human drivers take over at transitions into local traffic occur at depots.

What happens when you use vi for some important edits etc
and then release that the keyboard does not have an Escape key!!!
This happened in 1991 on a VMS workstation. It took 15 minutes of paper manual scouring to find how to insert the keyboard sequence for ascii equiv of 27
I did not borrow time on that workstation again.

It has two cameras with better than 4K UHD - so maybe stereo?

So, for the peril concerned, you can send a 4K stereo image of the person who just slugged you for invading their personal space and have it loaded to the cloud before you hit the floor.

Frankly, I find some mobile apps more usable than their desktop versions.
Sometimes web interfaces so f**k the experience with all the adds,
that I appreciate less clutter on a mobile app than the desktop ones that shove the f* adds in my face.
So how do the UXD people at CNN feel that I prefer their mobile app to their desktop app?
Frankly I don't give a damn.

A company sets up a subsidiary company that has to pay lots of ransom threats and payments, thereby passing losses to its parent company to reduce their taxes.
But the nefarious ransomware company is in cahoots with parent company and gives it substantial kickbacks . . . or is operated by the parent company's CxO families on the side . . .
