Technically it was his password, that only he knew, so I'm not sure why it matters. Configuring an action (on iPhone or android) to happen on 'unlock' could perform the same wipe. To counteract that action, i'd simply need to uninstall the app, from all devices, using the Google Play store. This is currently not possible on an iPhone. I would suggest that a US citizen should be the same, by the US goverment, regardless of where in the world that person is.

I think this is great. Now everyone can own a TSA grade body scanner, but one with no government oversight. After all, how is a person going to know if they've been wifi body scanned, or just close enough to use the wifi?
