No, you just let them bring a suit against you. At that point they will have to tell you for exactly which lines you are being charged with infringement.

Wouldn't it be better to build them and lift them into orbit?
Or someone hacks Samsung's ad server and uploads an image for which simple possession is against the law.
That's odd. I can still view OTA channels, and their WatchFree+ channels as well.
Wait until the HUD displays ads while you're stopped at a red light, when you start your car, when you turn off the engine, etc.
If these were self-driving cars, it would be different, but I'd cut the antenna wires before getting home from the dealer.
Can we reuse the term 'binary blob'? I think we can.
Make it apply to all company behavior, and lower the limits to $1M dollars and 100 monthly users.

They also don't, nationally, produce enough energy. Enen with that energy deficit, they were still exporting electricity to Djibouti, Sudan, and Kenya as of 2024. I'm sure this will be viewed as a wonderful decision when viewed from 2030.
His PhD in physics is in every mathematics and physics textbook ever written. How long will it take for AI to gain his experience? That's the only unknown. It may be next year, or perhaps never.
