Great! However, maybe you should wait for a while for other suggestions. You know, you could make two batches to provide you with all the energy your ring... uh, legs workout requires tomorrow. ;)

Hmm...I looked at some recipes and it seems like it's best that I soak the raisins in rum at least 24 hours. So I guess I'll make something else tonight and do the rum and raisin another time...

I'm going to do likewise, as soon as the year's fruits start coming in. I want to make white peach frozen custard [mail-archive.com], and Bing cherry / vanilla frozen custard. Sound good to you?

I've also been thinking of making a batch of white peach Bing cherry mallowmel, but I'm not really certain I'm ready for that yet. That takes a loooooong time in the secondary, then evn longer in the bottle to age, and I'd like to be able to drink it this year :(

I can't wait until I get some time. I have been dying to make some neopolitan for a while. I've gotten really good at making chocolate, and vanilla ice creams. I made really good strawberry yogurt a few years back for a summer cookout. So... putting them all together is the trick. Don't forget to make fresh whipped cream.
