The mighty windows monopoly (Score:1)
It isn't a desktop, os, format lockin or other technical monopoly they have.
It is the monopoly mindshare of the bureaucrats that make the decisions that is decisive advantage.
Fixing it? I wish I knew - I plug away in a very small way. Maybe one day it will help make a difference.
