Orange has announced that it's WiFi VoIP / Cellular handoff service, named "UniquePhone", will be available in the UK in November. It offers "seamless" hand-off between WiFi and the Cellular networks. Interestingly, calls which are started via a WiFi VoIP call remain free even when handed on to the Cellular network.
