... its not just Fox. The conservatives have permeated many networks - ABC, CBS, even CNN have picked up conservative commentators over the past few years and given them prominent positions.

About the only way to get non-spun news if you don't have cable is to go through Google News and hope for some media from other countries.

Although even if you have cable your best chance at non-conservative news is probably BBC, and not many people have it.

News, CONSERVATIVE spin? Have you lost your marbles? True Fox leans to the right, but EVERYTHING else is decidedly left leaning. Even the BBC leans a bit to the left in general.

Obviously you're new to America, so I'll explain it for you. At least for the last 8 years, Liberals have had facts on their side, Conservatives have had BS. So when the news actually reports "facts", they're leaning left, showing their liberal bias, and attacking the right. Only Fox News has the courage to stand up and be fair and balanced - report a mix of facts and BS.

A friend of mine gave me the"sh*t list [humorbin.com] (she knew I'd like it) and it reminds me of "Lincoln Logs".

The only fake product better than "Log" is Mr. Hanky's Playset from South Park;-) But who wouldn't enjoy a Log? Its big! Its heavy! Its WOOD!
