While indeed lithium/ion is a bad choice for grid storage, there are other battery variants that work fine. Like sodium/ion.
Less dense energy-storage but that does not matter for fixed storage. More important: cheaper and way less likely to catch fire.

We in middle and northern Europe don't have that are we are NOT used to heat.
Our buildings are build to retain heat so in a heatwave they turn into ovens.

When you are running it is indeed not really a problem. The running is generating the heat to keep you warm.

One server at the time and you test if it is working before you update the next one.

Even Docker desktop is useless. Just install docker directly in Linux/WSL

I work in the webdev/dev-ops and security side.
And windows is completely useless in this sector. All the languages and tools are Linux/Unix based.

I just wrote the instructions for that a month ago for a client.
Just a list of instructions to install Docker on the cli in WSL.

Devs are expected to be able to follow instructions and use the commandline

I would not trust microsoft to not try to change how containers are supposed to run.
To try to make containers made on WSL incompatible with Docker.

The only reason they made that is to not loose the entire dev and hosting market to Linux
