Exactly. The Constitution does not grant rights to the people, it limits the powers of the government. Therefore, just because a "right" is not listed in the Constitution, that does not mean it does not exist.
Or their solutions are overly complex and inefficient because they were never taught, and were not aware of a simpler well known algorithm/structure. Or it takes them more time to re-invent the wheel of a well known algorithm or structure that would have been taught to them in getting a degree. The most valuable classes I have had in this respect were Logic and Algorithms and Data Structures.

The problem is, you can't tax that much. The total debt of the US federal government and unfunded liabilities is $50 trillion more than the total assets of every man, woman, child, business and corporation in the US.
