I'm now the proud owner of my apartment, in the second floor of this classic 1892 Victorian in San Francisco. Henry is very proud.

San Francisco is pricey! Someday I hope to buy a full building, but this will come later.

Amazing what a little land hordeing does to the housing market, isn't it? You could probably have an equal commute, and pay just about the same, moving to a 20 acre farm 30 miles north. And you'd probably have several buildings to your name.

I was already glad to see the likes of this as a tourist in San Fransisco. Owning one seemed like impossible to pay. I can just say "Wow" and congratulate you on the gorgeous place. I guess you can consider it an investment.
