Dude. Relax. I'm not a fan of Bush and/or Cheney. But the US Supreme Court does not protect our *human* rights, they protect our *civil* rights (at least in theory). Protecting human rights is the gig of the politicians, the military, and the charitable orgs (e.g. Red Cross / Red Crescent).
