These are Office Professional Plus keys, i.e.volume license keys, exactly like the ones you see on sale for 5$-20$ on gray market key sites and -sometimes- ebay. They aren't supposed to be sold separately. Kinda weird to see them being sold by Popular Science, of all things.

I've been checking out this guy's 'movie re-enactment' vids and I have to say he is extremely talented.
