You won't be able to download anything.
The reason is that, once the P2P networks become full with crap, nobody will bother to connect.
It is just a matter of perception. If people download files that contain rubbish they will get the impression that P2P is useless, and they won't use it. At all.
Of course, nothing would make the RIAA/MPIAA happier. Filling the net with rubbish is a cheaper and simpler alternative than trying to exploit its commercial possibilities.
