peer to peer voice mail program

consists of send2.c, which takes as input (command-line or by prompt) a host name to connect to, then records a wave file using sox rec program,
then compresses it using speexenc, connects to the
remote system's recieve.c program, which receives the compressed file, saves it to an incomeing voice mail queue, and waits for another file. To listen to the messages, run readvoicemail.c.
