No, I do not agree that slavery was a result of indentured servitude. Europeans had inslaved Native Americans long before there was a formalized system of indentured servitude. Think Cortez for example.
The United States is based on capitalism. However, it also has a political system that limits what people can do in the market (can't sell your body for sex for example). We have an inpure capitalist system.
As for the Anarchy point, let me revise my original statement. "Capitalism gives you the most control over gives you the most control over how much you work, where you work, what you work for, and what you want to do with the fruits of your labor." Anarchy gives you no meaningful control over the results of your labor beyond the physical force you can bring to defend it.
Finally, I meant "the people who upkeep the land".
