I found a hacker who has contributed some code to the kernel development. When I asked him to explain his contribution, he smiled and started talking. The words went in one ear and off a duck's back, but I was impressed that a mere mortal could be in front of me and talking about this esoteric topic. It's definitely worth persuing. Good luck. phnork
