I'm the guy who got linked in this sub-thread(torrez.net). In the past 2 weeks my telemarketing calls have gone from about 4 a day, to ZERO.

This .wav file works for me. It's not going to hurt to try it. (well, people who legitimately call you will think you're nuts, but whatever)
