Journal nizo's Journal: Surgery to lop off some dangly bits 16
Or more specifically, Uvulopalatopharyngoplasty. Hopefully this will cure my sleep apnea, because I can't stand the machine anymore. Best guess is there is a 40%-60% chance that it will work. Downside is I will probably need 1-2 weeks to recover. The sad part is my first thought was, "whoohooo, a vacation!" I have to factor in how this will impact school as well. I am also probably gonna need some wisdom teeth extractions and would like to get the ol' spermtubes snipped; I wonder if I can schedule all this at the same time, in a masochistic bid to get all the suffering over with at once?

I'd recommned against doubling the spermotube surgery with anything else. I think it goes smoothly for most people, but when it doesn't, the discomfort is such that you don't want to deal with anything else at the time. I didn't have major complications, but developed a slight infection a few days after the fact. The short story is that due to slight swelling, it felt like someone was squeezing my boys for about a week....constantly. Extremely unpleasant, and I would not have wanted to have to deal with
